Online Bookings Terms: Pipasha is pleased to announce that we will be welcoming customers back, to dine with us from Monday 3rd August 2020.

Of course, not everything can be the same again. We understand that some of you may still be cautious about dining out. We can assure you we are doing everything to adhere to government guidelines and implementing our own rules to keep you as safe as possible.

✅ Booking only in advance and £10 per person non-refundable deposit required. The deposit will be credited back on your dining in bill. Failure to turn up will result in loss of deposit.
✅ Social distancing is still one of the safest measures and we will ensure tables are atleast 1-meter apart
✅ Our service staff will be wearing disposable gloves and face masks when serving tables.
✅ Tables and restaurant cleaned with industry-standard disinfectant.
✅ Staff will be check for symptoms and temperature before shifts.
✅ Disposable menus for one-time use will be available
✅ Clear tables - Cutlery, Napkins and Plates brought out with food.
✅ No children under 13 will be permitted to dine-in.
✅ Sanitisation stations will be available upon entry and in the restaurant.
✅ Reduced table allocation to ensure social distancing can be met.
✅ 2 sittings (arrive for sitting 1 between 5.30 & 6pm) (arrive for sitting 2 between 7.30pm & 8pm)
✅ Track & Trace registration for all customers and visitors kept for 21 days.
